Apple, Pear and Ginger Juice

The pectin in the apple and pears is a diuretic and also helps regulate bowel movements because of a mild laxative effect. The high content of pectin also assists in lowering cholesteral levels in the body.
Apple Pear Ginger Juicing Recipe

Prep time: 15min
Yield: 1 servings

Ingredients:
3 medium organic apples
3 large organic pears
1 inch piece of fresh organic ginger

Directions:
Wash the apples and pears, cut into 2 inch slices. Discard the cores.
Don't peel the apples and pears because the skins contain a high percentage of antioxidants and flavanoids, which are fantastic for your cardiovascular system. Your juice may be cloudy in colour but it will be highly nutritious and just as tasty too!
.
Process the apple, pear slices, and ginger with your juicer.

~ drink within 10 minutes to gain the optimal benefits from this juice and to avoid oxidation and loss of vital nutrients and enzymes.
