BLISS BALLS

 

These raw food energy balls provide alot of nutrition and are a quick easy snack that you can take anywhere
Bliss Balls/ Energy Balls  

Prep time: 20 min

Total time: 1 hour 20 min
Yield: 48 balls
Serving size: 1 medium slice Calories per serving: 250 Fat per serving: 12g

Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder

3/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins

Directions:
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the tahini, peanut butter, honey and cocoa powder. Add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and raisins.
Mix well and form into small balls by hand. Roll the balls in a small amount of coconut. Place them on a cookie sheet and put into the refridgerator for 20 minutes to h
arden. Serve these delicious treats anytime.
