Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.salt
1/4 cup milk (substitute soy almond or rice)
1 cup peanut butter chips ( sunspire is our favorite brand)
Preparation:
Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until light and
fluffy. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and stir until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Test them by touching them, they should be still quite soft to the touch.
Do not over bake, they will firm u as they cool. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before removing the cookies with a spatula.
