Creamy Balsamic Dressing

This dressing is a favorite in our family. I always make extra and keep it in the fridge for future salads.

Prep time: 15 min

Yield: 4-6 servings
Serving size: Dressing for one large salad

Ingredients:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbs maple syrup
2 Tbs dijon mustard
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbs fresh oregano, minced
2 Tbs fresh basil, minced

Directions:
1. Combine the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.

2. Add the olive oil, whisking until the dressing is thick and emulsified.

3.Add the oregano and basil and mix. Pour the dressing into a dressing bottle and serve with your favorite garden salad.
