EASY FRUIT SYRUP
This fruit syrup can be enjoyed with waffles or pancakes. It s also delicious as a topping for cheesecake, or our gluten free vanilla cake.

Ingredients:
2c fruit of your choice (peaches, raspberries, blackberries, apricots...)
1c sugar
1c water
2T cornstarch + 1/4c cold water

Preparation:
1. In a medium sauce pan, bring the fruit, sugar and water to a boil. Turn heat down to simmer.

2. Mix cornstarch with the 1/4c cold water and pour it into the boiling fruit while stirring. Simmer for 1 more minute, remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
