'Naturally Vegetarian Recipes' started from our own need for good quality vegetarian and vegan recipes, naturally. We have been eating vegetarian for over 20 years and are raising two incredibly beautiful, and healthy children.
Variety
is the spice of life, and eating is something we all share every day,
many times a day. It is crucial that parents have a huge base of recipes
to choose from to keep their vegetarian and vegan kids happy and healthy.
We have searched the web for new recipes and are surprised by the lack
of really good, user friendly organic, vegetarian and vegan recipe sites.
There are some very good ones, and we are very happy to add our collection

a child or teenager switch over to vegetarian and vegan diets can be
