Kriya's Berry Bliss Raw Food Cake
Ingredients: Preparation: 2. Drain the water the next day and discard. Blend the almonds and pistachios in a vita-mixer or food processor with the almond milk and vanilla. 3. In a double boiler warm up the coconut butter and honey until soft. Do not overheat until it becomes a liquid. 4. Measure 3/4 cup of the coconut, honey mixture and add to the almonds, pistachios, almond, milk and vanilla. Blend it in the vita mixer or food processor until creamy. 5. Transfer the contents into a 8"x8" pan. Place in fridge to cool. As it cools, the coconut butter and honey solidify again to give the cake form. Top Layer: 2. Pour over the bottom layer and place the pan back in the fridge. Cool for 1 hour in the fridge until solid. 3. Add the banana to the blender and blend until smooth. Drizzle over the cake.
