Ingredients:
1 small papaya
1/2 mango
1 large banana
1 1/2 cup almond milk ( can substitute rice, or soy milk)
Preparation:
1. Slice the papaya in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Slice the skin off the papaya.
2. Slice the fruit from half of the mango and remove the fruit from the skin with a knife.
3.Peel the banana.
4.Put all the ingredients in a blender, and blend for one minute. Enjoy this fast and easy, high energy breakfast smoothie.
