Ingredients:
4 medium carrots
1 large beet
10 sprigs of parsley
4 inch piece of cucumber
Preparation:
Wash the carrots and cut into 3 inch pieces.
Wash and peel the beet and cut into 2 inch slices.
Wash the parsley and cucumber and slice.
Process the carrot, beet, parsley, and cucumber with your juicing machine.
