Makes 42 balls
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup tahini butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup raisins
In
a medium sized mixing bowl combine the tahini, peanut butter, honey
and cocoa powder. Add the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut and
raisins. Mix well and form into small balls by hand. Roll the balls
in a small amount of coconut. Place them on a cookie sheet and put
into the refridgerator for 20 minutes to harden. Serve
these delicious treats anytime.

AVOCADO
SUN-SEED PATE
Ingredients:
2 large, ripe avocados
1 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 handful sunflower sprouts
Soak the sunflower seeds for 6 hours. Drain the the water from the
seeds and blend all the ingredients in a mixer and then mold into
a shape. Sprinkle the sunflower sprouts over the plate.
VEGI PATE
Ingredients:
1 Cup
sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 bunch of cilantro
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 Tsb. Miso
Blend all ingredient
except miso till semi-smooth. Add miso and mix and press into a pan.
