Ingredients:
2 cup strawberries
2 large bananas
1/4 cup sunflower seeds, hulled
water
Preparation:
1. Soak the sunflower seeds overnight in 1 cup of water.
2. In the morning drain and discard the water.
3. Add the sunflower seeds to the blender, we use a vita mixer for superior and thorough blending. Add the bananas and washed strawberries.
4. Blend for one minute. Enjoy this fast and easy, high energy breakfast smoothie.
