Tomato Vegetable Juice
Raw tomato juice is a great source of lycopene, which is well known for its cancer preventing properties.

Combined with other vegetables, this juice is high in potasium, iron, phosphorus, niacin, sodium, thiamin, sulphur, vitamin C, vitamin A, magnesium and calcium.

Tomato Vegetable Juicing recipe

Ingredients:
2 medium carrots
1 small beet
10 sprigs of parsley
2 tomatoes
2 stalks of celery
1 clove of garlic
1/2 onion, small


Preparation:
Wash and peel the carrots and beet, and cut into 2 inch pieces.

Wash the parsley, tomatoes and celery and slice into 2 inch slices.

Peel the garlic and onion and cut the onion into smaller pieces
Process the tomatoes, carrot, beet, parsley, celery, garlic and onion with your juicing machine.
