1small papaya
1 small mango

Preparation:
1. Slice the pineapple in half lengthwise. With a pairing knife remove the outside skin and top of the pineapple. slice into 2 inch pieces.

2. Slice the papaya in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Remove the skin of the papaya with a knife.

~ drink within 10 minutes to gain the optimal benefits from this juice and to avoid oxidation and loss of vital nutrients and enzymes.
